Position Overview:TGG is in search of an Accounting Manager in the real estate industry that will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely and insightful analysis of financial performance to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Qualifications:
